Domestic and foreign approximate grades (Chinese)

• UNS S32760(USA): International standard designation of F55, similar in chemical composition and performance, used in highly corrosive environments.
• 1.4501(Europe/Germany): Super duplex stainless steel in EN standard, very close to F55 in composition and mechanical properties.
• Zeron 100(UK): Has similar corrosion resistance and mechanical properties to F55, commonly used in the oil and gas industry.
• 2507(generic name): A super duplex stainless steel containing high molybdenum and chromium, with similar corrosion resistance and mechanical properties to F55.

-Nickel (Ni):6-8%
-Chromium (Cr):24-26%
-Molybdenum (Mo):3-5%
-Nitrogen (N):0.24-0.32%
-Copper (Cu):≤ 0.5%
-Iron (Fe): balance

Physical Properties
-Density: 7.8 g/cm & sup3;
-Melting point: 1350°C
-Corrosion resistance: Excellent corrosion resistance in high chloride and sulfuric acid environments

-Tensile strength: ≥ 800 MPa
-Yield strength: ≥ 550 MPa
-Ductility: Good, suitable for cold working and welding
-Hardness: HV 240 - 300

Application areas
-Seawater treatment: used in seawater desalination equipment, heat exchangers, pipelines and other marine equipment.
-chemical equipment: suitable for reactors, vessels and pipelines in acidic and corrosive environments.
-Oil and Gas: Used in chloride-and sulfide-containing environments, such as offshore platforms and refineries.
-Pulp and Paper: Used in highly aggressive chemical treatment systems.
