Processing Steps

Description

solution treatment

was heated at 1080°C and then rapidly cooled.

aging treatment

was heated to 700-750°C for 16 hours and then cooled.

machining and welding

·Cold working: suitable for cold drawing and cold rolling to improve strength.

·Hot processing: should be carried out between 950-1150°C.

·welding: suitable for TIG welding, heat treatment may be required after welding.
