800Halloy has the following characteristics:
1.in up500°Chas excellent corrosion resistance in extremely high temperature aqueous media
2.good stress corrosion resistance
3.very good processability
Incoloy 800H:
800His a face-centered cubic lattice structure. Extremely low carbon content and improvedTi:Cratio increases the stability of the structure and maximum resistance to sensitization and intergranular corrosion.950°Censures a fine-grained structure.
Incoloy 800H:
800Hcan resist a lot of corrosive medium corrosion. Its high nickel content makes it have good resistance to stress corrosion cracking in aqueous corrosion conditions. The high chromium content makes it have better resistance to pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion cracking. The alloy has good resistance to nitric acid and organic acid corrosion, but the corrosion resistance in sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid is limited. In addition to the possibility of pitting corrosion in halides, it has good corrosion resistance in oxidizing and non-oxidizing salts. It also has good corrosion resistance in water, steam, and mixtures of steam, air, and carbon dioxide.
Incoloy 800HApplication Area:
1.Nitric acid condenser--Nitric acid corrosion resistance
2.steam heating pipe--good mechanical properties
3.heating element tube--good mechanical properties
for applications up500°Cenvironment, the alloy supply state is annealed.
