heat treatment method
Hastelloy C- 276 is usually solution treated, heated at 1100-1175°C and then rapidly cooled. This heat treatment can maximize its corrosion resistance.
processing technology
The alloy has good processing performance and is suitable for cold working, hot working and welding.
- Cold processing: suitable for forming operations of thin plates, wires, etc.
- hot processing: at 950-1230°C.
- welding: suitable for a variety of welding methods, post-weld heat treatment is recommended.
