Processing Steps

Description

solution treatment

was heated at 1020-1080°C and then rapidly cooled.

aging treatment

was kept at 620-650°C for 4 hours, then cooled to 480°C by furnace cooling, kept at 8 hours and then air cooled.

machining and welding

·Cold working: suitable for cold drawing and cold rolling, which can increase strength.

·Hot processing: It should be carried out between 900-1150°C.

·welding: suitable for TIG and MIG welding, after welding heat treatment to restore material properties.

·Oil and gas industry: used in downhole equipment and acid gas processing equipment.
